Refund policy
Online Class Refund Policy

1. Refunds for Garuharu Online Classes are processed according to the refund policy below.

2. Those who have signed up for and paid for the course can check the list of purchased lectures on
‘My Class’ and watch the lecture.

3. If you wish to request a refund, you must express your intention for a refund through ‘Contact Us.’
Then, the company will receive the refund request, check the member’s request and refund
regulations, and refund as soon as possible.

4. All class vouchers are refundable only within ‘7 days’ or ‘if there is no history of use.’
- Refunds will not be given if more than 7 days have passed since payment.
- No refunds will be given if there is any usage history after payment.
- The criteria of usage history are based on ‘if there is a record of watching at least one video.’
- If the video is played regardless of the duration of the lecture, it is considered that the member has taken the class.
- ‘Downloading the workbook material for the lecture’ is also included in the usage history.
- Usage history is applied the same in all cases regardless of device such as PC, mobile, or tablets.

5. Refunds are processed in the same form as the payment method by the member, such as credit card payment, mobile phone payment, or virtual account transfer. However, in the event of a technical problem, the company and the member may change and proceed with the method of refund in the manner agreed upon.

6. Refunds may be delayed depending on the circumstances of the company, credit card company, payment company, etc.

7. Service provision may be terminated due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters and business closure.

8. Any other fees (financial service fee, etc.) that may be incurred during the refund process will be deducted and refunded.


Remarks

1. Refunds are not possible if the member withdraws from the membership or if the member is forced to withdraw in violation of the Terms and Services.

2. Classes purchased through discount coupons will be refunded after deducting the appropriate amount.

3. Refunds may not be given for certain event lecture products. (Separate notice provided at the time of service.)

4. Cannot make exchange between paid products.

5. No refund for purchases made through coupons issued free of charge by the company.
